Most of my working life has been spent in the corporate world while simultaneously raising my twins alone. I found Yoga gave me the quiet space I craved while dealing with the everyday pressures of work and family life. I practised Yoga when I needed to slow down, to feel grounded and connected. Yoga gave me the tools to remain calm in the chaos, maintaining my focus and energy. The added benefits of better sleep, strength and flexibility were the cherry on top!
In 2015 a sports injury bought me to Yoga again. Rehabilitating from this injury sharpened my appreciation for the physical benefits of Yoga. I decided to become a teacher. In 2017 I completed my first 200 hour training with Katie Lane. Plus additional training in Yin Yoga and Myofascial release with Jo Phee. I firmly believe that Yoga can have positive benefits for everyone regardless of age, body type or fitness level. I look forward to sharing your journey with you.
